I am beyond excited to join the Families R Us team and to provide the best clinical and ethical treatment for mental health and personal well-being.

As a dedicated children’s counselor, I provide a safe, nurturing space where children can express their thoughts, navigate challenges, and build emotional resilience. My services focus on:

Every child is unique. I use evidence-based techniques, play therapy, and age-appropriate communication to meet each child where they are and help them thrive.”

MSW, LGSW

I attended Concord University and graduated with my undergraduate degrees of Psychology and Social Work in 2022, and earned my Masters of Social Work in 2023. I have been offering counseling in the Princeton area since 2024, and am working to achieve my independent licensure (LICSW,) hopefully within the next two years. I am currently trained in Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing and working towards certification, as well as Kids Based Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Brainspotting. I take a person centered approach, leaning more towards emotion focused therapy and motivational interviewing to help you feel the best about your decisions.

I work with folks from all walks of life – children, teens, adults, all races, genders, sexual orientations, religions, you name it (but I am definitely partial to my teenagers!) I hope all of my clients – past, present, and future – feel that they can enter my office and be themselves without fear, judgment, and a readiness to be their best selves.
